Day 1: Arrival at Bhubaneswar

You will be welcomed by our representative when you reach Bhubaneswar Airport or railway station, they will take you to the hotel. Next, you will see the twin hills of Khandagiri and Udayagiri, where you can find the Jain Temple, Elephanta Caves, Lion Cave, and the Queen Cave. Bhubaneswar is known for its beautiful temples constructed from 7th to 13th centuries. You can also visit many temples like Lingaraj, Mukteshwar, Parshuram mandir, Kedargouri, and Bindusagar. Then, stay overnight in a hotel.
Note: Nandankanan, the State Museum, and the Tribal Museum are closed on Mondays and on state holidays.

Day 02: Bhubaneswar - Dhauli - Pipli - Konark – Puri

After breakfast, you will proceed to Konark by vehicle. On the way, visit Dhauli to see the Buddhist Stupa and peace pagoda, and stop to explore Pipli (famous for its decorative work). Once you reach Konark, you will visit the popular Sun Temple that was constructed by King Narasimha in the 13th century. Now, you will travel to Puri. On the way, visit Chandrabhaga Beach, known for its clean sand and peaceful surroundings. You will also visit Ramchandi Temple. Now, go to Puri and check into the hotel. In the evening, Visit its famous Jagannath Temple (oldest Hindu temple). Over the years, it has attracted many kings, devotees, pilgrims, and people from around the world. Now, rest in a hotel for an overnight stay.
Note: Tourists cannot go to the Jagannath Temple during the “Anavasara’’ period, from the Krishna Paksha of Ashada month until the Jagannath Rath Yatra begins.

Day 03: Puri Exploration

After breakfast visit Chilika Lake, the largest brackish water body in Asia, where you can see many birds and sea creatures. Take a boat to the island to enjoy nature and visit Kalijai Temple on Kalijai Island (this is an extra cost).
Now, return to the hotel and relax on Puri’s golden beach in the evening. Then, stay overnight.

Day 04: Depart from Bhubaneswar

Check out from the hotel drop you to Bhubaneswar airport or railway station for your onward journey.

Any meals: – Lunch/Dinner
Airfare/Train fare
Any personal expenses, Entrance fees, Pooja fees etc.
Any other expenses other than mentioned in Inclusions part.
Any Airport Tax / Any Ride / Portage at the railway stations, airport & hotels.
Any losses due to political or natural disturbances, flight delays, or flight cancellations.
Anything not specifically mentioned under the head “Prices inclusions column”.

Rates are not valid for Festive peak season.
Rates are based on Hotels Subject to Availability at the time of making Reservation. In case of unavailability in mentioned hotels, alternate accommodation will be arranged in a similar category hotel.
Rates are subject to change if there is any Fair & Festival, Major conference, events in travel destination.
Early check in / late checks out is subject to availability of rooms. In Chardham sector maximum hotels are preferring 12:00 Noon Check in & Check out timing.
Cancellation charges would be as per the company policy.
Vehicle confirmed will be as per Itinerary and not at disposal. AC will work only in the plains and will be switched off during hill drives. Specially for the Chardham sector Ac can work only in Haridwar & Dehradun’s plain / surface area. It is highly depending on the package you have opted.
All sightseeing mentioned are subject to weather conditions, political conditions & traffic conditions in the destination
Any cancellation or delay in hotel check in due to third party services (like helicopter / pony / palaki), the retention will be charged. The next allocation for the hotels on same destination is subject to the availabilities.
Any sightseeing missed due to natural calamities / weather conditions / for any unforeseen reasons is non-refundable or non-adjustable.

Payment Policy :

Deposit of 25% of the package cost at the time of booking.
Need 50% payment of the package cost, 30 days prior to departure date
Need 100% payment of the package cost, 15 days prior to departure date.

Cancellation Policy :

10% of full tour cost – 45 days prior to arrival.
25% of full tour cost – 30 days prior to arrival.
50% of full tour cost – between 15 & 29 days prior to tour.
75% of full tour cost – between 14 & 7 days prior to tour.
100% – within 7 days prior to tour.
