Day 01: Welcome to Dehradun

Complimentary stay at Dehradun Dinner included.

Day 02: Dehradun To Yamunotri

06:00 AM – Departure Sdhara Helipad, Dehradun 06:30 AM – Arrival Kharsali Helipad, Yamunotri

This is starting day of the Chardham yatra. Passengers will check-out early morning from the hotelat05:00 am. They will be picked-up from the Hotel by our staff, & taken to Sahastradhara Helidrome.
whereour ground staff would welcome the passengers. The staff will then get the passengers settled in the hotel, which is at a walking distance from the helipad.
Afterbreakfast, passengers will be taken for Yamunotri Darshan.
Approximatetime taken for Yamunotri Temple Darshan: Approximately 05hrs 30mins (round-trip). Yamunotri trek is 06 km one-ways
Sightseeingat Kharsali: Hot Spring at Yamunotri Temple, Yamuna Mata Temple, Shani Temple

Day 03 :Yamunotri To Gangotri

06:30 AM – Departure Yamunotri Helipad 07:00 AM -Arrival Harsil Helipad, Gangotri

Passengerswill check-out by 0530 hrs. Departure from Kharsali will be at 0630 hrs, & the estimated time of arrival at Harsil/Jhalla will be 0700 hrs.
Afterlanding at Jhalla, passengers will be taken to Harsil village & checked-in the hotel.
Harsil– The second destination of our tour, also known for the extensive apple orchards there, is the most scenic and beautiful destination of this tour.
Passengerswill be taken for Gangotri Dham darshan after breakfast.
ApproximateTime taken for Gangotri Temple Darshan: 3hrs 30 mins (round-trip). The road distance to Gangotri temple is approx. 25 km, which is roughly a 50-minute drive.
Sightseeingat Harsil: Harsil has many places & nature walks around to explore. Passengers will be taken to explore any of the following: Bagodi Village walk / Short trek to Chholmi village / Nature walk from Jhalla / Shiv Temple in Harsil.

Day 04 : Gangotri To Kedarnath

07:00 AM – Departure Harsil Helipad, Gangotri 07:30 AM – Arrival Kedarnath(Sersi) Helipad

Passengerwill be checked -out by 0600 hrs. Arrival at Sersi will be by 0730 hrs.
Sersi-Weoperate the shuttle services for Kedarnath ji Shrine from here.
Passengerwill be ferried to Kedarnath dham for Darshan in a shuttle services flight, after theirBreakfast.
Approximatetime taken for Kedarnath Temple Darshan:02 Hours.
The shuttle services flight Sersi to Kedarnath is approx. 07 minutes long.
Sightseeingat Sersi: Triyuginarayan Temple- it is the venue of the celestial marriage of Lord Shiva & Goddess Parvati or Gaurikund.

Day 05 :Kedarnath To Badrinath

08.00 AM – Departure from Kedarnath / Sersi 08:30 AM – Arrival Badrinath Helipad

Passengerswill have breakfast by 0700 hrs at Sersi & be ready for their flight to Badrinath by 0800 hrs.
Passengerswill be taken for darshan to Badrinath temple in the afternoon after lunch.
Approximatetime taken for Badrinath Temple Darshan: Approx. 01-1.5 Hrs is taken to have darshan at the Badrinath Temple. Passengers will be taken from Hotel to the temple by car.
Sightseeingat Badrinath: Mana Village – Known as the ‘Last village of India’, due to its proximity to the China border. Evening Aarti at Badrinath Temple – Swaran/Chandi Aarti (on additional payment basis direct.

Day 06 : Badrinath To Dehradun

08:30 AM – Departure from Badrinath Helipad. 09:30 AM – Arrival Dehradun Helipad.

Passengerswho have pre-booked Maha Abhishek Puja, have to be ready early morning by 0330 hrs. Puja shall take place from 0430 hrs to 0630 hrs.
Badrinathji hotel check-out time is 0730 hrs.
Estimated timeof arrival will be 0930 hrs at Sahastradhara. On arrival, our team will bepresent to receive the guests. Later, they will be taken to Dehradun hotel to collect the luggage from cloak rooms, and then be dropped to airport/railway station.
In case passengers would like to spend an additional night at Dehradun, accommodationcanbe arranged by Streaks Aviation Pvt Ltd at an additional cost. The same mustbe informed to us at the time of booking.
Afterthe final transfer, we will bid farewell to the passengers.

Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blockage, political disturbances (strikes), etc (to be borne by the client, who is directly payable on the spot)
Any increase in Airlines taxes or fuel price at the time of departure, leading to increase in cost on surface transportation & land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure

TERMS & CONDITION

Passengers have to mandatorily follow the government prescribed measures in regards to COVID-19. Without adhering to the same, boarding shall be denied by Streaks Aviation Pvt Ltd without any refunds.
Anyincrease in government levied taxes/royalties after the confirmation of booking, would be extra chargeable to the guests. Payment of any increase in government levied will be mandatory before the commencement of tour.
Flying in hills are subject to many Force Majeure factors like delayed Air Traffic Clearances/Permissions,VVIP movements, valley flying by Indian Air Force (NOTAM), bad weather, sudden occurrence of technical snag in aircraft, illness of flying crew or late reporting of the guests at the helipads, among others.
Our company shall not be liable for any medical emergency on the ground to the party. Therefore, in your own interest, guests are hereby advised to kindly consult a doctor and get medical check-up done, before commencing the yatra. Medical check-up is mainly required if a guest has any medical suffering/condition
Anydonations, tips, pitthu, palki/pony charges shall be borne by the guests.
Everyperson beyond 75 Kg shall pay Rs. 500 /- per Kg extra toward Palki at Yamunotri and Rs. 500/- per Kg/per person for shuttle at Phata to Kedarnath on direct payment basis.
Carriageof dangerous goods/articles is not permitted. Restricted articles includes compressed gases/corrosives/explosives/flammable liquids/solid/radio-active materials/infectious substances and briefcases with installed alarm devices.
Passengers travelling together may not travel in the same helicopter flight, as we may havetoshuffle passengers in helicopter flights to manage the total weight of the aircraft.

IMPORTANT GUIDELINES & POLICIES

Guests have to MANDATORILY submit their correct weights at the time of booking. If any change in weight found at the time of their travel, from the submitted weights, which may lead to exceeding of our aircraft weight carrying capacity, guest(s) would be deboarded & cancelled for the Heli-Yatra, without any refund.
Overweight charges would be charged to guests who are above 75 kg weight. The reason for the same is that, we operate at very high-altitude terrain wherethe weight carrying capacity of the aircraft is only 450 kg. Hence, due to overweight passengers, we lose seats in our Chardham flights. Overweightcharges are applicable at INR 2500/kg, for the total weight above 75 kg/pax.
Whenplanning your tour, we strongly advise the guests to keep one additional day at hand at Dehradun, over & above the 5N6D period, so that they do not end up in problem in case the weather gets very bad after the commencement of Yatra, which may lead to extension of their tour.
In case flight is getting delayed due to NOTAM/delayed clearances/bad weather etc… We shall convey to the guests in advance.
TheETA/ETD timings mentioned in our itinerary are not final. Timings may differ on your date of travel, depending up on weather & other Force Majeure reasons.
AADHAR & PAN Card copies are to be shared mandatorily by all Indians & passport is required in case of foreign nationals.
Waitingtime at Sersi & Kedarnath helipad would be approximately 30 minutes to 02 hours.
Mentioned flight shall depend upon weather/wind/fog/visibility conditions and flight schedules are subject to change/divert due to weather conditions, flight safety and operation restrictions.
Networkconnectivity at Harsil & Badrinath ji is very poor. BSNL & Jio are the main telecom serviceproviders, that work in these regions at times. It is most likely, that guests would be cut-off from the outside world during their time there. However, our crew shall be with the guests for any assistance required at both the Dhams.
Guests would not be allowed to carry their suitcases/luggage in the aircraft. Duffle bags wouldbeprovided by our crew on the day of arrival, in which guests will be allowed to carry up to 05 kg of luggage during the tour.
Rooms are booked on double or triple sharing basis only. If any guest requires a single occupancy room it shall be extra chargeable @ INR 40000/ person (Tax inclusive).
Hotels at all the Dhams are non-star category. However, Streaks Aviation Pvt Ltd has carefullyselected the most comfortable & highest rated properties for their Heli-tours.
All temples in Chardham sector are located at a high altitude & guests are advised to carry their own medication with them during travel. Guests are also advised to carry heavy woollen clothing with them, since during evenings & nights the temperature drops drastically.

Payment Policy :

Deposit of 25% of the package cost at the time of booking.
Need 50% payment of the package cost, 30 days prior to departure date
Need 100% payment of the package cost, 15 days prior to departure date.

Cancellation Policy :

10% of full tour cost – 45 days prior to arrival.
25% of full tour cost – 30 days prior to arrival.
50% of full tour cost – between 15 & 29 days prior to tour.
75% of full tour cost – between 14 & 7 days prior to tour.
100% – within 7 days prior to tour.
