Day 01 : Arrival at dehradun
- Arrive at Dehradun Airport or Railway Station.
- Our driver will assist you and provide a warm welcome.
- Enjoy a comfortable transfer to your hotel for a complimentary stay.
- Indulge in a delicious dinner included.
- Take the opportunity to acclimatize before your Yatra.
- Please be present at the hotel by 7:30 PM for a briefing session (exact briefing time will be shared on the arrival day).During this session, your tour coordinator will provide important details about the upcoming tours and distribute duffel bags for carrying your luggage.
- Rest well to gear up for an exciting start to your Chardham Yatra!
Day 2: Dehradun to Yamunotri [Flying Duration: 30 - 40 mins]
- Departure: Our driver will escort you to the state government helipad on Sahastradhara Road, Dehradun. From there, you will board the helicopter to begin your journey to Yamunotri.
- Arrival at Kharsali (Yamunotri): Upon arrival, our handlers will assist with unloading your baggage and escort you to the hotel for check-in.
- Breakfast: Breakfast will be served either at Dehradun or Yamunotri subjected to the flight time.
- Yamunotri Darshan: After breakfast, you will embark on a 6 kmtrek to the Yamunotri temple. You have the option to take a Palkior Pony ride for a comfortable journey to the temple. TempleVisit: Experience the divine darshan at the Yamunotri Temple, asacred site dedicated to Goddess Yamuna
Lunch & Relaxation: After darshan, enjoy a delicious lunch and relax at the hotel with dinner.
Evening Visit: In the evening, visit the Shani Mandir and the Yamuna Mata Temple to further immerse yourself in the spiritual atmosphere of the region.
Day 3: Yamunotri to Gangotri [FlyingDuration: 30 - 40 mins]
- Departure: After breakfast, you’ll take a helicopter ride to Harsil, one of Uttarakhand’s most beautiful valleys, often referred to as “Mini Switzerland.” Upon arrival, our handlers willassist you and transfer you to your hotel.
- Gangotri Darshan: The temple is located about 20 km from the hotel, and a comfortable cab ride will take you there.
- Temple Visit: Upon arrival at the temple, immerse yourself in thesacred atmosphere of Gangotri Dham. Situated in a picturesquevalley, the temple is dedicated to Goddess Ganga, and the area offers stunning views of the surrounding mountains and river.
- Accommodation & Facilities: After your darshan, return to the hotel to relax. You will enjoy premium accommodation with ensuite washrooms, delicious vegetarian meals, and plenty of opportunities for short walks and local sightseeing around this unexplored, serene valley.
- Evening Relaxation: End your day with a freshly prepared dinner at the hotel.
Day 4: Gangotri to Kedarnath [FlyingDuration: 30 - 40 mins]
- Helicopter Transfer: Board your chopper from Gangotri, and flyto Guptkashi/Sersi/Phata base helipad. From there, you’ll board another helicopter for a short 6-10 minute flight to Kedarnath. Please expect a waiting time of 10 minutes to 3 hours during the helicopter change due to shuttle slots, weather,or technical reasons.
- Arrival in Kedarnath: Reach the Kedarnath region, known for its spiritual significance, serene natural beauty, and snow capped peaks. Kedarnath is one of the most revered heritage sites in the Chardham Yatra.
- VIP Darshan at Kedarnath: Upon arrival at the Kedar-top Helipad, our handlers will escort you for a VIP Darshan at the Kedarnath Temple, where you will experience the divine rituals and serenity of this sacred site.
- Return Transfer: You will be taken back from the Kedar Top Helipad to Kedar Basecamp Helipad. The day ends with a delicious dinner and a restful night to prepare for the next stage of your journey.
- Stay at Kedar Basecamp: After darshan, you will be transferred to the Kedar Basecamp for a comfortable stay.
Day 5: Kedarnath to Badrinath [Flying Duration: 30 - 40 mins]
- Travel to Badrinath: On the fifth day of your Chardham journey, depart from Kedarnath basecamp and head towards Badrinath. Along the way, enjoy panoramic views of deep valleys and majestic Himalayan peaks.
- Arrival at Badrinath: Upon arrival at Badrinath Helipad, our handlers will assist with your transfer to the hotel, where you can enjoy a delicious breakfast or lunch.
- VIP Darshan at Badrinath: After settling in, visit the sacred Badrinath Temple for a VIP Darshan of Lord Narayan, experiencing the divine rituals at this holiest of shrines.
- Explore Mana Village: Post darshan, take the opportunity to explore Mana Village, the first village on the Indian side of the Indo-Tibetan border. Visit the Vyas Gufa (cave), Ganesh Gufa (cave), Bheem Pul (bridge) and the origin point of the Saraswati River, rich in history and mythology.
- Evening at Leisure: End your day by returning to your hotel for a comfortable stay and a delicious dinner, reflecting on your journey through the Valley of Lord Narayan. Prepare for the final day of your Chardham Yatra.
Day 6: Badrinath to Dehradun [FlyingDuration: 55 - 65 mins]
- Breakfast: After breakfast, bow your head to Badri Narayan for blessings. If we take off early, you might miss breakfast.
- Return Flight to Dehradun: Fly back to Dehradun with positive vibes and cherished memories of your Chardham Yatra by helicopter.
- Arrival in Dehradun: Upon arrival at Dehradun, we will collect your luggage from the hotel and provide a comfortable transfer to the airport, railway station, or bus stand, as per your departure timings.
- Tour Conclusion: The tour concludes once we drop you at your departure point within Dehradun, marking the end of your memorable Chardham Yatra.

- Additional sightseeing or extra usage of vehicle, other than mentioned in the itinerary
- Entrance Fees & Guide charges
- Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blockage, political disturbances (strikes), etc (to be borne by the client, who is directly payable on the spot)
- Any increase in Airlines taxes or fuel price at the time of departure, leading to increase in cost on surface transportation & land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure

IMPORTANT NOTE
- As this is an NSOP (Non-Scheduled Operator Permit) flight, Timings are tentative and subject to permissions and weather conditions. We recommend booking your return flight keeping one buffer day to allow for any potential delays.
- Nothing is covered by the package on the final day of arrival in Dehradun from Badrinath; just the drop-off at your departure location is included.
- Read all the Terms & Conditions and Important Guidelines carefully for better understanding.
TERMS & CONDITION
- Flexible Flying Time:
- Flying time is subject to permissions and weather conditions. Changes may occur due to weather or technical reasons.
BODY WEIGHT INFORMATION
- Each helicopter can accommodate up to 6 passengers with a total weight limitation of 445 kg for all 6 passengers.
- HOLIDAY POINT reserves the right to de-board passengers if the actual body weight deviates from what was provided at the time of booking.
- No refunds will be provided for any passenger who is de-boarded due to incorrect body weight.
- Passengers are requested to provide exact body weight measured on an electronic scale.
- Passengers with a body weight of above 75 kg will be charged INR 2,500 per kg excess. This amount will be collected in Dehradun before the flight.
- If the given body weight is incorrect, passengers will be charged INR 3,000 per kg on the final check by the pilot, or they will be de- boarded without any refund.
- A penalty of INR 1,20,000 + GST before departure shall be imposed incase weight of the passengers crosses the 450 kg mark, and flyingwill only take place subject to Pilot & AME’s call.
- Passengers can’t be exchanged at the last minute or before 48 hrs of the scheduled departure.
LUGGAGE WEIGHT
- 1 small soft bag (max. 5 kg) per passenger, this duffel bag will be provided by us on the day of arrival.
- Hard-case luggage or large bags are not allowed.
FLYING SCHEDULE
- Dham sequence may vary due to weather, technical issues, or government permissions.
- The departure time and sequence are subject to change.
- New Chardham passengers scheduled for departure from Dehradun on any respective travel date shall be our top priority over the backlog passengers of the previous date.
HOTEL ACCOMMDATION
- HOLIDAY POINT holds the right to change the hotels at flight origin and destination based on hotel availability.
- Groups of 6 passengers or more may have to stay in different hotels as they will be traveling in different helicopters due to body weight limitations.
- Rooms are booked on double or triple sharing basis only.
- For single occupancy rooms, an additional charge of INR 45,000 perperson (tax inclusive) will apply.
- Any extra night halt at either of the hotel at any of the dhams or Dehradun will be directly payable by the guest on the same day. In case of extra night halt hotels can be changed depending on the availability.
BAD WEATHER CONDITION
- Flying in the hills is subject to bad weather conditions, Force Majeure factors, such as:
- Delayed Air Traffic Clearances/Permissions
- VVIP Movements
- Valley Flying by Indian Air Force (NOTAM)
- Technical Snags in Aircraft
- Illness of Flying Crew
- Late Reporting of Passengers at helipads
- Passengers should be prepared to face eventualities and inconveniences in such scenarios.
- It is strongly advised to keep one additional day beyond the 5N6D itinerary to avoid inconvenience in case of delays due to bad weather or Force Majeure events.
- Itinerary amendments may occur due to backlogs, bad weather, or natural circumstances, where we may cover:
- Dodham, Ekdham, or Teendham in 1 or 2 days.
- In most cases, if there is a backlog due to bad weather, the trip may be cancelled.
- Tour may be treated as cancelled in case no flying is done from Dehradun and we may not shift the same to next day in case of backlog.
INFANTS
Infants under 2 years travel free with valid ID/Birth Certificate.
AIRPORT TRANSFER
- Transfers are only provided on arrival and departure days.
- Additional charges apply for transfers to Haridwar/Rishikesh (INR 8,000 per cab).
PASSENGER GROUPING
- A single vehicle will be provided for a group of 6 passengers throughout the tour.
- Passengers may be shifted between helicopters for safe weight distribution.
KEDARNATH SHUTTLE
- Kedarnath Shuttle (Basecamp to Kedarnath) is under the control of IRCTC and there are possibilities of delays.
- We can’t prioritize charter passengers. In case we are not able to cover the Kedarnath on the day of arrival at basecamp, we will fly on the next day and after having darshans, fly to Badrinath on the sameday.
- There is also a possibility of passengers being split into different shuttle flights due to IRCTC’s management and scheduling of the Kedarnath helicopter services.
RESCHEDULING OF BOOKING
20% charge applies for rescheduling 30 days before the tour. Less than 30 days’ notice will result in a fresh booking with applicable cancellation charges.
PAYMENT TERMS
50% deposit at the time of booking; balance due 30 days before departure. Full payment required before departure to board the helicopter.
Cancellation Policy :
- Up to 30 days before flying date: 40% cancellation charge. 0 to 30 days before flying date: No refund.
- If the Yatra is cancelled from Dehradun itself due to any force majeure reasons, 10% of the total amount will be deducted as service and flight preparation charges.
FORCE MAJEURE & BAD WHEATHER REFUNDS
- There shall be no refund or compensation in case of anygovernment- imposed restrictions, natural calamities, pandemics(including Covid-19), war, or any national emergency, either before or during the Yatra.
- Tour Cost: If 3 Dham are completed and 1 Dham is left out, INR 15,000 approx. per person will be refunded as a credit note.This costis exclusive of other expenses like extra night halt, extra transfers, or any extra services utilized beyond the package inclusions.
- Additional Services: The cost of additional services provided at any Dham will be deducted from the refundable Tour Cost.
- Refund for Unutilized Services: No refund will be provided for any unutilized service because these services are booked in advance before the commencement of the season.
- Any changes in the govt policies and SOP’s will be adhered.
- Any increase in government levies or taxes, after the confirmation of booking, will be extra chargeable to the passengers. Payment against the same will have to be done before the commencement of tour.
- While the tour is ongoing, if any group demands to cancel their tourmid way, the arrangement of transportation will be done by HeliYatra, however, cost for the same will be borne by the passengerson direct payment basis. Holidaypoint is the service provider for Chardham Helicopter tour only. Hence, Holiday is not responsible or liable for any refund if your further plan is disturbed due to badweather (Example - Hotel Bookings after returning back to Dehradun from the trip, Fligts, Bus or Train tickets).
- In the event of an unforeseen emergency such as medicalconcerns, sudden weather changes, or official instructions if a guest is called back from any Dham (for example, from Kedarnath basecamp) by helicopter or any other means before completing the darshan, the visit to that Dham will be considered as completed.
NO SHOW POLICY
If the passenger fails to report at the scheduled time or location, it will be treated as a No Show and no refund will be applicable
NO FLYING
- If there is no flying due to bad weather or force majeure, we will provide a proportional refund (excluding taxes, royalty fees and 10% flight preparation charges).
- Refund will be processed after 30 working days once the season completes.
- If we attempt to fly but fail to land at the destination due to weather or any external factor, 20% of the total booking amount will be deducted as flight preparation and operational cost.
REGULATORY PERMISSION
- Please note that flights are strictly subject to weather conditions and clearances from all relevant authorities, including DGCA, ATC, and local administration.
- There may be situations where other operators’ helicopters are flying, but our company prioritizes safety above all and will proceedonly after receiving all necessary approvals and being fullyconfident in operational safety.
- In such cases, we may delay or cancel the tour entirely, if conditionsare not deemed safe or permissions are not granted in full.
- Passenger safety is our top priority, and we do not take unnecessary risks under any circumstances.
- In case DGCA, State Government, or any regulatory authority mandates a reduction in the passenger capacity of the helicopter(for example, reducing from 6 pax to 4 pax) at any time before departure, then the cost difference for the reduced seats will be distributed equally among the remaining passengers, and the extra cost must be paid before boarding.
- Our packages and costing are based on 6-passenger occupancy, and any reduction in allowable capacity by authorities is beyond the control of the operator.
EMERGENCY EVACUATION POLICY
- In case of an emergency, the decision to initiate an evacuation whether by road or any other means will rest solely with the company, based on safety assessments and operationalconsiderations. If the evacuation is approved and arranged by the company, all associated transportation costs will be borne by the company.
- Refund or credit note (if any) shall be issued as per actual utilizationand operator policy.
- However, if a guest chooses to travel independently, make alternatearrangements, or disregard company guidance and the evacuationhas not been authorized by the company then the full cost of such travel will be the guest’s responsibility. No refunds or reimbursements will be provided in such instances.
- Guests are respectfully advised to follow on-ground instructions at all times to ensure their safety and a smooth travel experience.
NATIONAL/STATE EMERGENCY
- In case passengers test COVID positive before the travel, or the Yatra gets called-off by the government, or any National or State emergency is imposed, there will be no refunds applicable.
- However, passengers will be provided a Credit Voucher by Holiday point against the advance paid. It can be utilized against any of our helicopter tours or charter services by the passengers or any of their friends/relatives.
CREDIT NOTE / VOUCHER
- In the event a credit note or voucher is issued, it will hold a fixed monetary value as communicated to the client at the time of issuance.
- When the client chooses to redeem the credit note/voucher for future travel, if there is any increase in the tour/package price, the client will be required to pay the difference between the credit note value and the current applicable price.
- The credit note/voucher is transferable and may be used by anyimmediate family member, relative, or friend of the original client,provided prior written intimation is given to the company.
FLYING SCHEDULE
- NSOP (Non-Scheduled Operations): Flight timings will be communicated the night before, based on operational plans.
- Delays or Cancellations: Delays may occur due to bad weather,technical issues, or emergency scenarios. In case of a major issue,the trip may be cancelled.
HELIPAD WAITING TIMES
Expect up to 2 hours waiting time at helipads due to factors like bad weather, NOTAM, or other operational challenges.
FINAL DAY DEPARTURE
- We will attempt to depart early from Badrinath to avoid bad weather. Breakfast may be skipped in this case.
- Breakfast at Dehradun will incur at an additional cost if preferred.
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED
Aadhar Card (for Indian nationals) or Passport (for foreign nationals) is mandatory for all passengers
ACCOMMODATION & TRANSFERS
- Final list of properties will be shared 30 days prior to the travel date.
- Transfers between Dehradun, Haridwar, and Rishikesh are available at an additional cost.
HELIPAD & BASE CAMPS
For larger groups, passengers may land at different base camps (Phata, Guptkashi, Sersi) depending on the helicopter’s capacity and timing.
DONATIONS & ADDITIONAL COSTS
Donations, tips, porter charges, palki/pony charges (except Yamunotri) are not included and must be borne by passengers
SPECIAL POOJAS
No special poojas are included in the package. Additional poojas can be arranged at extra cost if requested in advance.
KEDARNATH TOP STAY
- Staying at Kedarnath Top requires signing a declaration.
- Accommodation cost is INR 12,000-15,000 per room, depending on availability.
- Heli-Yatra is not responsible for any emergency or service challenges at Kedar-Top.
VIP Darshan
VIP Darshan provides priority entry inside the temple but does not guarantee exclusive access. All darshans are as per the government SOPs.

Any last-minute changes or add-ons to the itinerary are not possible. All requests should be made in advance.

DISPUTES
- Disputes as to legality, interpretation, application or performance of service or any of its terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Haryana Jurisdiction.
- Bookings will be taken, considering there is acceptance of the above- mentioned terms & conditions by the party.
