Day 01: Delhi - Haridwar
Morning meet our representative at your Hotel / Airport / Railway Station. After some basic information start your journey to Haridwar. Check in to hotel. Evening visit Har Ki Pauri and Ganga Aarti. Overnight stay at Haridwar.
Day 02 : Haridwar - Guptkashi
Morning after breakfast, check out from the hotel. Drive towards Guptkashi via Rudrapra
Check into the hotel arrival in Guptakashi. Overnight stay at Guptakashi.
Day 03 : Guptkashi - Sonprayag - Kedarnath
Morning after breakfast, today we will go to Kedarnath. To reach Kedarnath you will have two options. One if by trekking and other is by Air via Helicopter (at your own cost).

By Helicopter: Morning our driver will transfer you to your Helipad location (Phata, Guptkashi, Sirsi etc) as per helicopter ticket time. Kindly inform the driver timings of helicopter mentioned on the ticket previous day. Different aviation has different location for their helicopter service. Our driver will provide you pick and drop to hotel. Kindly inform the driver timings of helicopter mentioned on the ticket. Advance booking is highly recommended for the helicopter.
Note: Helicopter Tickets are not included in this package.
By Trek: To reach Kedarnath by trekking route first you have to reach Gaurikund. We will drive to Sonprayag early in the morning after breakfast. Our car will drop to Sonprayag. From Sonprayag 5 kms drive to Gaurikund local jeep is available. This sharing basis jeep guests can book directly at own cost. Gaurikund to Kedarnath
After reaching the Kedarnath visit Kedarnath Temple. Check in to the hotel/ashram. Visit Shankaracharya Samadhi. Overnight stay at Kedarnath.
Day 04 : Kedarnath – Sonprayag - Guptkashi
Morning after breakfast explore nearby areas by walk at Kedarnath. Later reach Guptkashi as per your choice by trek or Helicopter.
By Helicopter: Inform the driver when you leave for Kedarnath about your approximate return time and helipad name according to ticket. Our driver will pick up you from helipad and transfer you to your hotel.
By Trek: Inform the driver approximate return time. Once you reach Gaurikund from Kedarnath
Gaurikund to Sonprayag local jeep at your own cost. At arrival check in to hotel in Guptkashi. Overnight stay at Guptkashi. (Meals: Breakfast and Dinner)
Day 05 : Guptkashi - Rishikesh
Morning after breakfast, check out from hotel. Transfer to Rishikesh. On the way visit Dev Prayag. At arrival, check in to hotel in Rishikesh. Evening visit Triveni Ghat Ganga Aarti. Overnight stay at Rishikesh.
Day 06. : Rishikesh - Delhi
Morning after breakfast, check out from hotel. Later visit two famous Suspension bridges Laxman Jhula & Ram Jhula along with surrounding Temple-Ashrams in Rishikesh. Drive for Delhi. Drop at Delhi Hotel / Airport / railway station.

- Additional sightseeing or extra usage of vehicle, other than mentioned in the itinerary
- Entrance Fees & Guide charges
- Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blockage, political disturbances (strikes), etc (to be borne by the client, who is directly payable on the spot)
- Any increase in Airlines taxes or fuel price at the time of departure, leading to increase in cost on surface transportation & land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure

- Rates are not valid for Festive peak season.
- Rates are based on Hotels Subject to Availability at the time of making Reservation. In case of unavailability in mentioned hotels, alternate accommodation will be arranged in a similar category hotel.
- Rates are subject to change if there is any Fair & Festival, Major conference, events in travel destination.
- Early check in / late checks out is subject to availability of rooms. In Chardham sector maximum hotels are preferring 12:00 Noon Check in & Check out timing.
- Cancellation charges would be as per the company policy.
- Vehicle confirmed will be as per Itinerary and not at disposal. AC will work only in the plains and will be switched off during hill drives. Specially for the Chardham sector Ac can work only in Haridwar & Dehradun’s plain / surface area. It is highly depending on the package you have opted.
- All sightseeing mentioned are subject to weather conditions, political conditions & traffic conditions in the destination
Any cancellation or delay in hotel check in due to third party services (like helicopter / pony / palaki), the retention will be charged. The next allocation for the hotels on same destination is subject to the availabilities.
Any sightseeing missed due to natural calamities / weather conditions / for any unforeseen reasons is non-refundable or non-adjustable.
Payment Policy :
- Deposit of 25% of the package cost at the time of booking.
- Need 50% payment of the package cost, 30 days prior to departure date
- Need 100% payment of the package cost, 15 days prior to departure date.
Cancellation Policy :
- 10% of full tour cost – 45 days prior to arrival.
- 25% of full tour cost – 30 days prior to arrival.
- 50% of full tour cost – between 15 & 29 days prior to tour.
- 75% of full tour cost – between 14 & 7 days prior to tour.
- 100% – within 7 days prior to tour.
